fast forward one year

I painted this 6" x 8" oil during one of the monthly 'paint ins' I have with my friends Donna and Susan. I like the shape of the little pitcher and was experimenting with a more muted palette. I remember fiddling with the position of the lemon slice until it was just right. I'll really try to post more regularly.

I found this wonderful old truck on my travels through the Texas Hill Country and just had to paint it.

This watercolor is 16x20 and represents much of my work. I love to paint old trucks.

I'm also known for my cactus paintings that I infuse with light and color.

I'm looking forward to posting my new paintings on this blog in the days ahead.
